FAQs

  • No prior strength training experience is required. Our initial consult call will ensure that the programme is completely tailored to your needs, experience and training environment. The coaching app we use makes your programme really easy to follow, with exercise videos and notes left by the coach to keep training quality high.

  • No, TED aims to support a wide range of clients with their goals, we just specialise in strength & conditioning and rehab in sport. As long as you have a clear focus or training goal and are willing to be committed and challenged, we can help you.

  • We currently offer online coaching support with a fixed initial sign up term of 3 months. This is to ensure you can see progress and making physical changes to your body is a long term commitment. We are not the cheapest online coaching service: low cost translates to low quality!

  • Yes! We specialise in injury rehab, especially those going back into sport or activity at any level and have helped numerous clients that had tried all other options. 

  • Normally, an individual can start to see the benefits of strength & conditioning between 6 and 12 weeks, dependent on factors such as programme adherence, prior training history, age, recovery and genetics. This is why we have a minimum 3-month initial membership, to ensure you allow the body time to adapt and feel the benefits of your hard work.
