Hi, I’m Ted — well, technically Alex, but my mum almost called me Ted… so here we are.

I started Ted Strength to help people train smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best.

With over 10 years of experience in strength & conditioning, I’ve worked with athletes in sports ranging from football to swimming, and from weekend warriors to elite professionals. My work also extends into injury rehabilitation, collaborating with leading medical practitioners to guide clients safely back to sport or structured training.

Our goal is simple: to create training programs that fit you, not the other way around — helping you build strength, resilience, and lasting confidence in your body.
